If you haven’t already purchased a lot, we can guide you in selecting one that will suit your needs and work for the construction project you’re envisioning. No two lots are the same – it’s important to select one that can accommodate your home. If you already own a lot, we can begin designing your new home according to terrain and size.

In most cases, we are able to provide a full set of drawings and/or blueprints, an estimated work schedule, and a budget and expense report. We make sure your voice is heard during this part of the process – your goals and plans are our top priority.

During the home construction process, we keep you in the loop at all times by providing regular updates. We do our best to be available 24/7 for your input, questions, or concerns, and encourage you to contact us. No question is irrelevant – if you need us, we’re here for you. We want you to feel 100% confident and comfortable during the exciting period of waiting for your new home to be completed.

At SB Builders, we believe the job is not over for us once you’ve moved in. If you should have any problems or concerns, we encourage you to contact us so we can find a solution immediately.
